Preparation for Technology task

This task will be aimed at you creating a power point from a text which you will be given.

STAGE 1:
1. Find an article related to global warming or the environment, which you think would make an interesting power point presentation when adapted. Submit the link here in this class blog before Monday 19th March.
2. I will choose the most appropriate article from your submissions. You will all work from the same text to produce a power point.

On Monday 19th in class I will be giving you an example of what is expected as well as some guidelines for the final task.

STAGE 2.
Submit your power point slides on 11th April. Print out a version for me and keep a copy on a CD or pen.

To sum up the article, we will die, unless we do something ASAP

Generally speaking, we all could reduce our emissions by demanding the use of energy production from wind, solar and biomass.

Hi!
As Anabela, I also found out interesting documents on http://www.worldviewofglobalwarming.org/pages/weather.html

Other interesting site about global warming is: http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/kids/
It's a kid's site but in my viewpoint it has many interesting and important texts related to Global Warming!

My choice: http://www.eartheasy.com/article_global_warming.htm

It's mainly about what we can do about global warming.

Might as well buy some innertubes for the polar bears if we don't act fast...

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have taken an idea from Joana, which offers a sceptical view on Global warming, and an alternative from the other side of the coin.
